Can’t find what you need? Write to us — we usually reply within a day.

My tracking hasn’t updated yet

That’s normal right after your shipping email arrives — the first carrier scan can take 24 to 48 hours to appear. If nothing has changed after 5 working days, write to us and we’ll look into it with the carrier.

When will my order arrive?

We prepare and dispatch every order within 1–3 business days (up to 7 during peak periods). Delivery then takes 4–7 business days to the US and 5–9 to Canada and the EU — and shipping is always free and tracked.

It says delivered, but I don’t have it

Have a gentle look around your door, with neighbours and at your building’s reception or nearest pickup point — carriers sometimes leave parcels there. Still missing? Write to us and file a claim with the courier — we’ll follow up with them too, and depending on the situation we may send a replacement.

Can I change my delivery address?

Email us at support@luffka.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to correct it. After that we can’t guarantee changes, but we’ll help however we can.

How do returns work?

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Write to us first and we’ll guide you through it, step by step.

I can’t find my order number

It’s near the top of your order confirmation email. Can’t find the email? Check your spam folder, or write to us from the address you used at checkout.
